The need

As OHI (formerly ARVC) continued to successfully grow their business, they needed to develop a better way to communicate, educate, and certify their members. By providing OHI with an in-house member portal system, we empowered them to update their curriculum as they saw fit, provide new courses, and have a means to track certification trends.

The challenges

OHI needed a modern website to support user growth and update curriculum as they saw fit. They had a user base, courses, a list of certifications, and an archaic means of tracking trends—making it difficult for them to update courses, add new ones, and discover how users are interacting with their website. Additionally, they wanted to make the site appealing to today’s standards and the UI fit for a mobile-first approach.

THE RESULTS

A web portal that allowed administrators to provide new courses, update old courses with new relevant information, and track certification trends.

OHI was provided a new brand-centric website with improved administrator privileges. With the abilities to quickly update courses, track trends, and see analytics, OHI was able to better serve and educate their existing user base. With the brand redesign and updated user interface, OHI quickly saw a growth of ___%.
